AneebBond+GypsumPlasterisnaturalgypsum[CaSO4+1/2H20],whichisminedinrockform.Itessentiallyconsistsofretarded hemihydrate Gypsum Plastercharacterized by lower density & high thermal insulation properties.The chemical and physicalrequirementsconformtoIS2547PartI.DuringCalcinationatahightemperaturewhichconvertsrawGypsumto finepowderform. Itisfurthersubjectedtothoroughsievingprocesstoenhancequalityandtobringoutsuperiorplastering grade.Inplasteringstage,about16“17litersofwaterismixedwith25kgmaterialandthusthewatercontentremovedat manufacturingstageisregainedandgypsumistransformedbackintoitsstrongcrystalform.Theproducthasaninitial settingtimeof10“15minutes. It can be used on low suction substrate &over sand cement plaster. Furtherprocesseslikepainting,fixturescanbestartedafter72hoursonceplasterisfully dried.
