ANEEB BOND + GYPSUM PLASTER ONE COAT

Description:

Aneeb Bond+ Gypsum Plaster is natural gypsum [CaSO4+ 1/2H20], which is mined in rock form. It essentially consists of retarded hemihydrate Gypsum Plaster characterized by lower density & high thermal insulation properties. It contains Expended Vermiculite to make plaster lighter. The chemical and physical requirements conform to IS 2547 Part II. During Calcination at a high temperature which converts raw Gypsum to fine powder form. It is further subjected to thorough sieving process to enhance quality and to bring out superior plastering grade. In plastering stage, about 16 17 liters of water is mixed with 25kg material and thus the water content removed at manufacturing stage is regained and gypsum is transformed back into its strong crystal form. The product has an initial setting time of 10 15 minutes. It can be used on low/High suction substrate like brick/block/RCC & over sand cement plaster. Further processes like painting, fixtures can be started after 72 hours once plaster is fully dried.

Application:

Gives a smooth, white finish surface, which effectively reduces the consumption of subsequent Paints & gives true tone of color.

It is in dry powder form and does not produce any kind of unpleasant smell at the time of application.

It is Eco-Friendly. It does not contain lead, oil or toxic material. Has anti-carbonation properties thus protect the reinforcement bars from corrosion.

Does not require any water curing after application thus saving time & cost.

Accepts any kind of paint or distemper application on it.
