It provides the complete solution to prevent dampness and see pages that spoil the expensive interiors and decorative interior paints. It is highly user friendly and ecofriendly.

Aneeb Roof Shield Coating is Hybrid PU Elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight. Aneeb Roof Shield Coating has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack bridging properties, weathering durability, and excellent resistance to growth of microbial organisms.

Areas of Application

As a weatherproof, protective and decorative coating for exterior masonry, concrete, cement, sand rendered surfaces, all types of exterior walls, etc. Also can be used on all types of dry wall surfaces like gypsum, cement fiber boards, etc.

With concrete repair works as an elastic protective top coating on Repair Guard ready mix polymer mortar

SURFACE PREPARATION

NEW MASONRY

Aneeb Root Shield Coating is Hybrid PU Elastomeric Waterproof coating should not be applied to fresh concrete and to other surfaces less than seven days old. Ideally concrete should be allowed to cure for 28 day before application. Power wash to ensure no under bound sand or cement remains on the surface. Allow the surface to dry and apply Aneeb Root Shield Coating.

EXISTING MASONRY

Power wash to remove all loosely adhered coatings, dirt, mild dew and other contaminants.

Fill any existing cracks up to 3mm with Crack Guard (Acrylic Crack filler) paintable sealant. And more than 3mm with Repair Guard (Ready to use Polymer Repair Mortar).

Application of Aneeb Roof Shield Coating

Aneeb Root Shield Coating Elastomeric Waterproof Coating can be applied by brush or roller. The material is to be diluted with specified percentage of water. Dampen the surface slightly with water. Apply first coat at the spread rate of 4.0 - 4.5 m2/ltr. Allow it to dry for minimum 6 hrs.

(Preferably 24 hrs.) before application of second coat. Apply second coat of Aneeb Roof Shield Coating at the spread rate of 4.5  5.0 m2/ltr. After thinning it with specified percentage of water.
