Aneeb Epoxy Grout is a high performance, durable grout which has superior stain resistance and is able to resist most household chemicals. Suitable for areas subjected to high wear including areas where strict hygiene standards are required such as kitchens as well as wet areas such as bathrooms and swimming pools. It is easy to use and clean during application and also easy to maintain. Suitable to use on ceramic, porcelain and non-moisture sensitive natural stone tiles both in indoor and outdoor areas. This grout contains Grout Shield which is a powerful mould inhibitor that will resist the growth of mould and bacteria to keep surfaces looking better tor longer.

Step 1 - Preparing the Area

Installing Aneeb epoxy grout in a cold room will not work very well. A warm room, and warm tiles, are much better. In order to maximize the effectiveness of your grout, you should take steps to make sure your room is as warm as possible when installing it. Allow it to heat naturally in the summer, or turn on the heat in the winter.

Step 2 - Mixing: Transfer the measured amount of Aneeb EPOXY RESIN(Part A) to a suitable sized mixing container and add the Aneeb EPOXY HARDENER (Part B). Maintain mixing paddle head below surface of liquid to reduce entrapped air. Add Aneeb Epoxy Grout (PART Ct filler) in incremental amounts until a non-slump consistency with uniform color is obtained. For wider joints, more filler may be necessary to obtain a firmer, non-slump consistency. To extend the pot life, spread the mix onto a non-absorbent surface at a thickness not exceeding 15mm and begin application.

Step 3 - Application: Apply the mixed grout using a rubber backed trowel or squeegee. Compact the grout firmly into the joints ensuring they are completely filled, minimizing the amount left on the tile surface. Remove excess grout from the tile surface and begin cleaning.

Mix the resin and hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply within a 30-40 minute pot life at 27C. The paste form allows easy filling of joints up to 5 mm thick. Initial curing takes 24 hours, with a full cure in 7 days, resulting in a non-toxic, seamless finish that stands up to daily use. Multiple packaging sizes meet diverse project needs.
